The Texas Education Code requires institutions granting degrees or offering
to grant degrees to hold a certificate of authority to grant degrees from
the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.  No institution by the name
of Beit Netzarim Yeshiva has ever been issued a certificate of authority to
grant degrees in Texas.  If degrees have been issued by this institution,
they would have been issued in violation of Texas law.

David Linkletter, I am writing to see if a Beit Netzarim Yeshiva, from
Hurst, TX, is licensed by the state of Texas, to offer a Masters, a
Doctorate or a Rabbinate? The website for this Yeshiva is:

Thank you for your time. Kathryn Olenick
