Subject:  Messianic Study Bible

Shalom All,

I wanted let you all know about the upcoming publication of the worlds first Messianic Study Bible, the Hebraic-Roots Version Scriptures ( http://www.hebraicrootsversion.com ) which is now at the printer.

The HRV is the world's first full fledged Messianic Study Bible (complete with 20 pages of charts, diagrams and color maps).

The HRV is a Messianic, Sacred Name translation which also restores the books of the Tanak as well as those of the "New Testament" to the original manuscript order.  The HRV is the first Messianic version to restore the NT books to their original manuscript order.

In the Introduction to the Jewish New Testament David Stern writes:

...a number of scholars... believe that portions
of the New Testament were written in Hebrew or
Aramaic... this case has been made for all four
Gospels, Acts, Revelation and several of the
General Letters... some phrases in the New Testament
manuscripts make no sense unless one reaches through
the Greek to the underlying Hebrew expressions.
        (JNT; Introduction p. xvii )

The HRV is the first Messianic version to translate its New Testament from the Hebrew and Aramaic manuscripts rather than the
Greek.

Rick Chaimberlin of Petah Tikvah Messianic Magazine wrote of the HRV New Testament:

James S. Trimm has done a masterful job with his translation…
We heartily recommend it to our readers.
        -Rick Chaimberlin
(Petah Tikvah Magazine  Vol. 19; No. 4; pp. 24-25)
