Subject:  [losttribes] Important SANJ News

HRV uddate: Proof-reading revisions to the HRV are almost complete. We
expect it to go to the printer by the end of the week (March 23rd) and to
come back to us about a week later.

MAJOR REVISIONS TO SANJ WEBSITE COMING SOON:

We will be adding an online Hebrew grammar and an online Aramaic grammer!
This will allow anyone interested to learn Hebrew and/or Aramaic ONLINE!

Hebrew and Aramaic classes will be added to Beit Netzarim Yeshiva no later
than the Fall 2001 Semester. However the online grammars will be available
to everyone.

Now e know that not all Neztarim will choose to learn Hebrew and/or
Aramaic, but we hope that many of you will. We also believe that this will
be an important step in the ongoing restoration of Netzarim Judaism. While
not all Netzarim can be expected to know Hebrew and Aramaic, it is
important that there are Netzarim scholars who do know them. Imagine the
advancements that will be made within Netzarim (Nazarene) Judaism when we
have a core group of scholars who know Hebrew and Aramaic and have studied
the Tanak, the Ketuvim Netzarim (the "New Testament"), the traditional
Rabbinic Literature (Mishna, Talmuds, Targums, Midrashim, Zohar etc.) and
even the Dead Sea Scrolls IN THE ORIGINAL HEBREW AND ARAMAIC.

Yes learning Hebrew will empower you to read the Tanak (OT), Hebrew
Matthew, the Midrashim (like Sefer HaYashar "The Book of Jasher"), the
Sefer Yetzirah, the Bahir, the Mishna and the Tosefta. Not to mention many
of the Dead Sea Scrolls, all in their original language.

And learning Aramaic will empower you to read parts of the Tanak (like
Daniel), The Old Syriac Aramaic of the Gospels, the Peshitta Aramaic NT,
The Crawford Aramaic Revelation, the Aramaic Peshitta Tanak, the Targums,
the Talmuds, the Zohar not to mention many of the Dead Sea Scrolls (such as
the Aramaic Book of Enoch) all in the original Aramaic.

Now as the first step in this project SANJ will also soon be putting up the
complete Peshitta Aramaic NT in the original Aramaic in Hebrew letters!

Then SANJ will begin placing the Hebrew and Aramaic grammars online a
chapter at a time.

Now all of this is just a start. Where it goes from here is up to you.

In the future SANJ may put up:

Lexicons

Concordances

Many or all of the Hebrew and Aramaic documents above.

Scholarly papers and books proposing a Hebrew and/or Aramaic origin for the
New Testament which have passed into the public domain. These would
include the works of Torrey and Burney.

In the end all of this will enhance your ability to defend the Messiahship
of Yeshua, the Torah Observant position, as well as the Jewish and
therefore SEMITIC origin of the Ketuvim Netzarim.
