1.  Notify them that you no longer wish to receive emails from them.

2.  Forward a copy of the offensive "spam" email to: abuse@<their ISP>
and report it as spam.

3.  Look for a function in your email software called "filters" that will
allow you to filter out their e-mail.

4.  Email support@j... and ask them how to block an email address.
