To the members of the Beit Din and the Friends of the Court, last week I
was sent some forwards, by a friend, of a situation at a forum. A woman
named [Mrs. H.] was stating that James Trimm was posting under
another name of Rabbi Yosef and under that name he was speaking about
the Book of Mormon. For this statement she was accused of slandering,
lying and lashon hara. Someone demanded proof. She was begging for
someone to investigate this.

Now, I didnt know [Mrs. H.] and I have never read the Book of Mormon, I do
not know any Mormons, and I dont know Rabbi Yosef. But I became curious,
since I had heard those rumors years ago. So I set out to see if there
was any evidence on the web, to her statement, especially in light of
the treatment that she was receiving  from the forwards. I searched the
net and ended up at a group of forums by egroup. I even found the forum
that my friend had sent the forwards from. As I was reading around on
the posts, I got to thinking about the time I had an anonymous e-mail
and through the help of two friends that are heavy into computers, they
tracked the origin of the e-mail, even though he had gone through a
hotmail account. So I decided to check all the posts from James and Use
the view source to see the e-mail origin. I did the same for Yosef
benYehudah. Yosef benYehudah posted through a hotmail account, but the
point of origin gave the same address as James Trimms. While scanning
through names, I saw one that caught my eye-Yosef Liahona. I remembered
Liahona from the day before when I was doing net searches for Rabbi
Yosef. One of the search results was at a Mormon website and they were
quoting an e-mail from Rabbi Yosef on the semetic basis for the word
Liahona. So I checked that out too. Yosef Liahona's posts were from the
smae hotmail account as Rabbi Yosef's and had the same point of origin,
which was Trimms.

Rabbi Yosef left those forums around the end of October and the
beginning of November. That is the same time that you see the beginning
of Yosef Liahona's posts.

So I got all this information and made a post to submit this information
to the forum that was demanding evidence or shut up. I posted under my
sons e-mail address and by my middle name, Lynette. My post was never
posted. Just after I posted, I received an e-mail letting me know that
one of may last paragraphs, that  speculated that someone else had been
found to  be  Rabbi Yosef, and now had an address in Pennsylvania. THis
was based on the fact that on the name search for Rabbi Yosef, all is
silent after November, until there were a few posts more recently by Rav
Mikhael, mentioning his partner, Rabbi Yosef, from Pennsylvania and
Rabbi Yosef of Allentown. I speculated that someone else was now
e-mailing by that name that actually lived in PA. When I was informed
that there really was a Rabbi Yosef in Pa and that they were not the
same person, I immediately posted an apology for the mistake and any
confusion that it might cause, apologizing to Rav Mikhael and the Rabbi
Yosef in Pa., for any association with the Rabbi Yosef of the forum.
Well the apology was never posted either.

I contacted the [H's] with the information that I found and let them
know that I was posting it. I was informed that the [H's] were being
called to a trial this week, by the Beit Din and involving their Pastor.
So I sent a copy to their Pastor. I was going to post it again, minus
the paragraph about the two Rabbi's, and adding more info that I had
forgotten to write the first time. WHen I decided that that probably
wouldnt go through either and if the trial was this week, then you
needed to be informed. You have the right and the responsibility to
check into this. I am inclosing the corrected version of the post that I
was going to make again, as well as a copy of the pages with the view
source, of each forum post quoted for James Trimm, Yosef benYehudah and
Yosef Liahona. YOu can also go to each forum and look up the dates and
go to view source and see for yourself.

I do not care one way or the other about the Book of Mormon. I dont care
if James Trimm wants to go by Rabbi Yosef or any other name, for that
matter. But if he posts information about Mormonism and the Book of
Mormon by one name and then as James Trimm comes down on [Mrs. H.] or
anyone else for expressing similar views, and then when they state that
Trimm and Rabbi Yosef are one and the same, and she is called a liar and
kicked off the forum and now she and her husband are facing being kicked
out of their congregation, that is a whole different matter. In this
case truth is a matter of justice, not just he said , she said. I felt
you should know all the evidence before you try this case. I have more
evidence coming in this week, that is not from forum posts. I would be
willing to send that to you as well. You also, as an organization, have
at your disposal the ability of doing a computer audit of the computers
he uses and even checking into the hotmail account.

I do not have an e-mail address for Michael ben Avraham, so would
someone, please forward this to him. Thank you for your time.
