Shalom b'YHWH
Michael, James just sent a note, "At this point "legal phase" means that I
have spoken with my attorney and am contemplating legal remedies.  It doe not
mean that I have filed a suit at this point."  So why is it that if he was
just inquiring, you chose to use that as a means of not answering a valid
question, concerning the Beit Din? And why did you send it to me and not
James?

Since when is it harassment to ask the questions that others have asked,
concerning your operation of the Beit Din. It seems to me that you dont want
to answer, not that you can't answer. Perhaps if enough people are made aware
of the question and are asking it themselves, then perhaps you might give an
accountability of what exactly is going on over there. It would seem that if
you men met the standards that you devised, you would have no problem with my
questions and could very easily answer them and any others.

The question is very simple Michael, what has this Beit Din established for
their acceptance of who is  Jew by birth, for voting purposes? And please be
specific. Shalom, Kathryn

YHWH bless you and guard you. YHWH make His face to shine upon you and show
you favor. YHWH lift up His face upon you and give you shalom.
