Mashiyach [Messiah]

The following verses are a comparison between the prophetic verses of YeshaYahu [Isaiah] 53
and the fulfillment verses of the New Testament, concerning Yahusha' [Jesus].

1 who has believed our message? and the arm of YHWH, to whom is revealed?

Yahuchannan [John] 12:37-38, " 'but though he had done so many miracles before them, they did not believe into him, so that the word of yeshayahu might be fulfilled which he said, "adonai [master], who has believed our report? and the arm of YHWH, to whom was it revealed?" ' "

2 for he grew up, as a shoot before him, and as a root from dry land; no appearance, and no splendor, that we should look upon him and desire him.

Mark 6:3, " 'is not this the carpenter, the son of maryam, and the brother of yaaqob, and of yosi, and of yahuda, and of shimon? and are not his sisters here with us?' and they were offended with him."

Yahuchanan [John] 1:10, " 'in the world was he, and the world by his hand had been made, and the world knew him not.' "

No description of Yahusha`'s physical characteristics exists.

3 despised and rejected of men, a man of pain and knowing disease; and as hiding their faces from him; we despised, and did not value him.

Mark 8:31, "and he began to teach them that it is necessary for the son of man to suffer many things, and to be rejected of the elders and chief kohaniym and scribes, and to be killed, and after three days to rise again."

Luke 9:22, "saying, 'the son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief kohaniym and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day. ' "

20:12-17, " 'and he again sent a third, but they also threw this one out, wounding him. and the master of the vineyard said, "what will i do? i will send my beloved son. perhaps seeing this one, they will respect him." and seeing him, the vinedressers reasoned with themselves saying, "this is the heir. come let us kill him, so that the inheritance may become ours." and throwing him out of the vineyard , they killed him. therefore, what will the master of the vineyard do to them? he will come and will destroy these vinedressers, and will give the vineyard to others.' and hearing this, they said, 'let it not be.' and looking at them he said, 'what , then, is this which has been written, "the stone that the builders rejected, this one came to be the head of the corner?" everyone falling that stone will be broken in pieces but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.' and the chief kohaniym and the scribes sought to lay hands on him in the same hour. …"

23:17, "and he had to release to them one at the feast, and they all together shouted, saying, 'take this one, and release barabbas to us,' who was thrown in prison due to some revolt and murder occurring in the city. then pilatos again called out, desiring to release yahusha'. but they shouted, saying, 'crucify. crucify him.' and a third time he said to them, 'for what evil did this one do? i found no cause of death in him. therefore chastising him, i will release him.' and their voices and that of the kohen gadol prevailed." (rejected as the one to be released)

Yahuchannan (John)15:18, " 'if the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it has hated you.' "

15:24, " 'if i did not do the works among them which no other did, they had no sin. but now they both have seen and also have hated me and my father.' "

Luke 18:31-32, "and yahusha` took the twelve, and said to them, 'look, we go up to yerushalaim, and will be fulfilled all that is written in the nebiyiym concerning the son of man. for he will be delivered to the goyim; and they will deride him, and spit in his face, and will scourge him, and maltreat him, and kill him; and the third day he will rise.' "

Yahuchanan [John] 1:11, " 'he came to his own, and his own received him not.' "

4 truthfully our sicknesses he lifted up, and our pains he bore; yet we regarded him stricken, struck by elohiym, and afflicted.

MaththiYahu 8:14-17, "and yahusha` came to the house of shimon, and saw his mother-in-law lying, a fever having seized her. and he touched her with his hand, and the fever left her; and she arose and ministered to them. and when it was evening, they brought before him many demoniacs, and he cast out their devils by a word; and all those who were heavily afflicted he healed. so was fulfilled what had been spoken by the nabiy yeshayahu, who said, 'that he should take our grief's, and bear our infirmities.' "

20:28, " 'so, the son of man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life the ransom for many.' "

I Corinthians 15:3, " 'that the mashiyach died for our sins, as it is written; and that he was buried, and arose the third day, as it is written.' "

5 and he was pierced from our rebellions, crushed from our guilt; the correction of our shalom was on him, and by his stripes we are healed ourselves.

Yahuchannan 19:34, "but one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and instantly blood and water came out."

MatthithiYahu 26:1-2, "and it came to pass, when yahusha` had concluded all these discourses, that he said to his thalmiydiym, 2 'you know that after two days is the pesach; and the son of man is betrayed to be crucified.' "

MaththiYahu 27:26, "then he released to them bar abba; and scourged yahusha` with thongs, and delivered him to be crucified."

Mark 15:15, "but pilatos was willing to serve the will of the people, and released to them bar abba, and delivered up to them yahusha`, scourged, to be crucified."

Mark 10:45, " 'for even the son of man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life the ransom for many.' "

Yahuchanan [John] 19:1, "then pilatos scourged yahusha`."

Yahuchanan 1:29, "and the day after, yahuchanan saw yahusha`, who was coming to him; and he said, 'look, the lamb of the elohiym, who bears the sin of the world.' "

Acts 8:30-35, "and being near, he [phillip] heard that he read in Yeshayahu [Isaiah] the nabiy [prophet]; and he said to him, 'do you understand what you read?' and he said, 'how can i understand, unless one teach me?' and he prayed of him, of phillip, to ascend and sit with him. but the section of the scripture in which he was reading is this, 'as a lamb to the slaughter was he led; and as a sheep before the shearer is silent, so opened not he his mouth in his humiliation. From oppression and from judgment was he led; for his life is taken from the earth.' That eunuch said to phillip, 'I pray you, of whom speaks the nabiy? Of himself, or of another man?' then phillip opened his mouth and began, from that very scripture, preaching to him concerning our master yahusha`."

I Kefa [Peter] 2:21-24, " 'for to this have you been called; because the mashiyach also died for us, and left us this example, that in his steps we may walk. who did no sin, nor was guile found in his mouth; who was reviled and reviled not, and suffered and threatened not, but delivered his cause to the judge of righteousness; and took all our sins and bore them in his body on the cross; that when dead to sin, in the righteousness of him we might live; for by his stripes you are healed,' "

6 all of us, like sheep, go astray, each man, to his own way we have turned; and YHWH interceded, by him, the guilt belonging to all of us.

MaththiYahu 20:28, " 'so, the son of man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life the redemption for many.' "

7 oppressed and he was bruised, but he did not open his mouth; as a lamb to the slaughter he was led, and as a ewe before the faces of her shearers is bound, and did not open his mouth.

Mark 15:4, "but pilatos again questioned him, saying, 'do you answer nothing? look, how many things they testify against you.' but yahusha' answered nothing any more; so as for pilatos to marvel."

MaththiYahu 27:12-14, "and while the chief kohaniym and elders were accusing him, he returned not a word. then said pilatos to him, 'do you not hear what they witness against you?' but he gave him no answer, no, not in one word; and on this (pilatos) marvelled greatly."

MaththiYahu 26:62-63, "and the chief of the kohaniym rose, and said to him, 'do you return no word? what are these witnessing against you?' but yahusha` was silent. and the kohen gadol said and said to him, 'i swear you, by the living elohiym, that you declare to us whether you be the mashiyach, the son of the elohiym?' "

Mark 14:61 "but yahusha` was silent, and answered him nothing. and again the kohen gadol demanded, and said, 'are you the mashiyach, the son of the meburak [blessed one]?' "

Luke 23:9, "and many words he asked him; but yahusha` gave him no answer whatever."

Yahuchanan [John] 19:9,10, "and he entered again the praetorium, and said to yahusha`, 'where do you come from?' but yahusha` gave him no answer. pilatos said to him, 'with me you do not speak? know not that i have power to release you, and power to crucify you?' "

I Kefa [Peter] 2:22,23, " 'who did no sin, nor was deceit found in his mouth; who was reviled and reviled not, and suffered and threatened not, but delivered his cause to the judge of righteousness;' "

8 from arrest and from judgment he was taken; and his generation, who can speak, for he was cut off from the land of the living, from the rebellion of my people, the stroke belonging to them.

Yahuchanan [John] 18:13-22, Chanan, "then the band and the captains and the officials of the yahudiym took yahusha` and bound him, and brought him to chanan first, because he was father-in-law of qayafa, he who was the kohen gadol of that year. now it was qayafa, he, who had counseled the yahudiym that it was expedient that one man should die for the people. but shimon keyfa, and one of the other thalmiydiym, came after yahusha`. and that thalmiyd knew the kohen gadol, and went in with yahusha` into the hall. but shimon stood out at the door. and that other thalmiyd, who knew the kohen gadol, went out and told the keeper of the door to admit shimon. but the girl keeping the door said to shimon, 'are you also of the thalmiydiym of this man?' he said to her, 'no.' and the servants and officials were standing, and they had set a fire to warm them, because it was cold; and shimon stood also with them and warmed himself. and the kohen gadol questioned yahusha` concerning his thalmiydiym, and concerning his teachings. and yahusha` said to him, 'I openly spoke with the people, and, at all time, taught in the keneseth and in the heykal, where all the yahudiym assemble. and nothing in secret have i spoken. why do you ask me? ask them who have heard what i have said with them. look, they know every thing that i have said.' and as these he spoke, one of the officers who stood, struck yahusha` on his cheek, and said to him, 'so give you the answer to the kohen gadol?' "

MaththiYahu [Matthew] 26:57-66, Qayafa, "and they who arrested yahusha` led him to qayafa, the kohen gadol, where the judges and elders were assembled. but shimon kefa went after him from afar unto the court of the kohen gadol, and entered and sat within with the attendants, that he might see the end. but the chief priests, and the elders, and the whole assembly, sought against yahusha` witnesses, that they might put him to death; but they found none. and many witnesses of falsehood came. but, last, two came near, declaring, 'this said, "i can destroy the heykal of the elohiym, and in three days rebuild it." ' and the kohen gadol rose, and said to him, 'do you return no word? what are these witnessing against you?' but yahusha` was silent. and the kohen gadol answered and said to him, 'i swear you, by the living elohiym, that you declare to us whether you are the mashiyach, the son of the elohiym?' yahusha` said to him, 'you have said. but i say to you, that hereafter you will see him, the son of man, sitting at the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of the heavens.' then the kohen gadol tore his robes, and said, 'look, he has blasphemed. what further need have we of witnesses? look, now we have heard his blasphemy. what will you?' they answered saying, 'he deserves death.' "

MaththiYahu 27:1, Sanhedrin, "when it was morning, the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against yahusha`, how they should put him to death."

MaththiYahu 27:2-11, Pilate, "and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him to pilatos the governor. then yahudah the traitor, when he saw that yahusha` was condemned, repented him, and went hastily, and returned those thirty of silver to the chief priests and elders, and said, 'I have sinned, for i have betrayed the innocent blood.' but they said to him, 'to us? what is that to us? you know, you.' and he cast down the silver in the heykal, and passed away, and went and strangled himself. but the chief priests took up the silver, and said, 'it is not lawful that we throw it into the place of offering, because it is the price of blood. and they took counsel, and bought with it the field of the potter, for the burial place of strangers. that is why that field has been called, the shedeh hadam [field of blood], until this day. then was fulfilled what had been spoken by the nabiy, who said, 'and i took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him who was precious, whom the sons of yisrael bargained for; and gave them for the field of the potter, as YHWH commanded me.' but yahusha` himself stood before the governor. and the governor questioned him, and said to him, 'are you the king of the yahudiym?' "

Luke 23:8-11, Herod, "and herodes, when he saw yahusha`, was very glad; for he had desired to see him of a great time, for he had heard concerning him many things, and hoped that some sign he should see from him. and many words he asked him; but yahusha` gave him no answer whatever. and the chief priests and scribes stood and strenuously accused him. then herodes and his soldiers treated him as a fool ; and when he had derided him, he dressed him in a robe of crimson, and sent him to pilatos."

MaththiYahu 27:22-25, Pilate, "and when they were assembled, pilatos said to them, 'whom will you that i release to you, bar abba, or yahusha` who is called the mashiyach?' for pilatos knew that from malice they had delivered him. but while the governor sat upon his tribunal, his wife sent to him saying, 'let there be nothing between you and that just one; for much have i suffered in a dream today on his account. but the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that he should release to them bar abba, that they might destroy yahusha`. and the governor answered and said to them, 'whom will you that i will release to you of these two?' then they said, 'bar abba.' pilatos said to them, 'and to yahusha` who is called the mashiyach, what will i do with him?' they all said, 'let him be crucified.' pilatos said to them, 'why? what evil has he done?' but they clamoured the more, and said, 'let him be crucified.' then pilatos, when he saw that nothing availed, but that the tumult became greater, took waters, washed his hands in the eyes of the assembly, and said, 'i am innocent from the blood of this just one. you will know.' and all the people answered and said, 'his blood be on us, and on our children.' "

Yahuchanan [John] 19:30, "and when yahusha` had taken the vinegar, he said, 'look, it is finished.' and he bowed his head, and delivered up his ruach."

Luke 23:46, "and yahusha` cried with a high voice, and said, 'my father, in your hands i place my ruach.' this he said, and died."

9 he was put with the guilty, he was buried and with the rich, in his death; though no violence he did, and no deceit was in his mouth.

Luke 23:32-33, "and two others, two criminals, were led with him to be put to death. 33and when they came on the place being called 'skull', they crucified him and the criminals there, one on the right and one on the left."

MaththiYahu [Matthew] 27:38, "and they crucified with him two thieves, one on his right hand, and one on his left."

Mark 15:27, "and they crucified with him two thieves, one on his right and one on his left;"

Yahuchannan 19:18, "where they crucified him, and two others with him, on this side and on that side, and yahusha' in the middle."

MaththiYahu 27:57-60, "and when it was evening, there came a rich man of ramath, whose name was a yahusef, who was also a thalmiyd of yahusha`. 58 this man went to pilatos, and begged the body of yahusha`. and pilatos directed the body to be given him. 59 and yahusef took the body, and wrapped it in a winding-sheet of clean linen; 60 and laid it in his new sepulcher, that was excavated in a rock. and he rolled a great stone against the door of the sepulcher, and departed,"

Luke 23:13-15, "and pilatos called the chief priests and the rulers of the people, and said to them, 'you have brought to me this man as a perverter of your people; and, look, i have examined him in your sight, and have found no cause in this man of all that you accuse him; nor also herodes; for i sent him to him, and, look, nothing worthy of death is done to him.' "

Yahuchanan [John] 18:38, "pilatos said to him, 'what is the truth?' and when he had said this, he went forth again to the yahudiym, and said to them, 'i find not one cause in him.' "

II Corinthians 5:21, " 'for him who knew not sin, on our account has he made sin, that we might be in him the righteousness of elohiym.' "

I Kefa [Peter] 2:21,22, " 'for to this have you been called; because the mashiyach also died for us, and left us this example, that in his steps we may walk. who did no sin, nor was deceit found in his mouth; who was reviled and reviled not, and suffered and threatened not, but delivered his cause to the judge of righteousness;' "

10 and YHWH was willing to pronounce him ritually acceptable, the pierced one; if he would make a guilt offering of his nafesh, he will see offspring, he will prolong days, and the will of YHWH, by his hand, will succeed.

Yahuchanan [John] 19:31-34, "yahudiym, because it was the preparation, said, 'let not these bodies remain all night on the cross,' because the shabbath has lighted, for a great day was the day of that shabbath. and they sought of pilatos that they should break the legs of those crucified, and take them down. and the soldiers came, and broke the legs of the first, and of that other who was crucified with him; but when they came to yahusha`, they saw that he was dead already, and they broke not his legs. but one of the soldiers struck him in his side with the spear, and out came blood and water. and he who saw testified, and the truth is his testimony; and he knew that the truth he had said, that you also may believe. for these things were done, that the scripture might be fulfilled, which said, that 'a bone will not be broken in him.' and again another scripture which said, 'they will look on him whom they pierced.' "

Ibriym [Hebrew] 10:19-22, " 'we have, my brothers, confidence to enter the set apart place through the blood of yahusha`; and a way of life which he has now made new to us through the veil, which is his flesh; and we have the kohen gadol over the set apart beyth. let us, therefore, draw near with a confirmed heart, and the full security of faith, with our hearts sprinkled and cleansed from an evil conscience, and our body washed with pure waters;' "

11 from the labor of his nefesh, he will see, be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will make righteous multitudes, and their sin he will bear.

Romans 5:18-19, " 'then on account of the sin of one was the condemnation of all men, so, on account of the righteousness of one will there be acquittal to the life of all men. for as on account of the disobedience of one man many became sinners, so also on account of the obedience of one many became righteous.' "

I Yahuchanan [John] 2:1,2, "my sons, these write i to you, that you sin not. and if a man will sin, we have one who speaks with the father, yahusha` hamashiyach, the just; for he is the atonement for our sins, and not on behalf of ours only, but also on behalf of the whole world.' "

12 therefore, i will divide to him with the great, and with the strong he will divide the spoil; because he poured out to death his nefesh, and with rebels was numbered; yet he, the sin of many, bore, and for rebels he interceded.

Luke 23:32-33, "and two others, two criminals, were led with him to be put to death. 33and when they came on the place being called skull, they crucified him and the criminals there, one on the right and one on the left."

Yahuchannan [John] 19:18, "where they crucified him, and two others with him, on this side and on that side, and yahusha' in the middle."

Yahuchanan 19:30, "then when yahusha' took the vinegar, he said, 'it has been finished.' and bowing his head, he delivered up the ruach."

Luke 22:37, " 'for i tell you also, that what is written must be fulfilled in me, "that with the transgressors he was numbered," for all which concerns me must be accomplished.' "

Luke 23:34, "but yahusha` himself said, 'father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.' "

Mark 15:28, "and the scripture was fulfilled which says, 'he was counted with the lawless ones.' "
