This picture is a piece of scribal artwork. It is from the oldest, complete copy of the Masoretic text, known as the Leningrad Codex. The Leningrad Codex was written in the late 900's CE. There are a number of pages of this type of scribal artwork, but thankfully, I was able to find this one on the net. It is one of my favorites since it is written under the arch, "Thoroth YHWH themiymah", the Thoroth [teachings, laws] of YHWH are perfect.
