Years ago, I saw a verse in Ibriym [Hebrews]
which struck me. Shaul listed six subjects that were considered
first words, elemental. I was kind of curious. I did not know
one person, including myself that knew all these subjects well
enough to consider them elemental, basic. Yet, Shaul considered
them milk for babies. I felt tremendously inadequate and set
out to find the basics of these subjects. The following studies
are the result. The returning from dead works study I have titled
Salvation. I have also added two other connecting subjects,
Once Saved, Always Saved, as an offshoot of the Salvation study,
and Thorah Versus Favor, which is elemental, according to the
Tanak and the words of Yahusha`. It may have been simply understood
at the time of Shaul, a "given" perhaps, but for these
times, it is crucial to understanding what this relationship
with YHWH is.
ibriym [hebrews] 5:12-6:2, "
'look, you ought to be teachers, because of the great time by
you in learning; however, now again you need to learn those
which are the ancient writings of the beginning words of elohiym;
and you were made to have need for milk, and not for solid food.
but all whose food is milk is not a person of understanding
in the righteous word, because he is a baby. however, solid
food is for the mature; who on account of their senses being
trained, studying to distinguish between good and the evil.
therefore, let us leave the first word of the mashiyach, and
let us come to completeness. or is there again laid another
laying of a foundation for returning from dead works, and for
faith in elohiym, and for the teaching of the tebiylah [Post
Biblical Hebrew use for immersion, which was called miqweh in
the Tanak], and of smiykath [laying on of the hand], and for
the rising up from between the dead, and for the eternal judgment?'
